*We have a fire pit so bring logs or request them for me to buy. *Patio cushions to be placed in plastic storage box overnight and when left unattended *Please advise me of any breakages or spoilages, so I can replace before the next guests come. *Washing machine/Tumble drier only for use by guest stays 5+days. *No electric car charging without prior agreement *Out of courtesy to the community around us please can guests reduce the patio volume after 10.30pm
